The message is;
- A result of a “redirect” between HTTP and HTTPS Autodiscover requests, usually having to do with a particular website being navigated to… or,
- Outlook periodically attempts to retrieve these settings again to ensure that your client remains correctly configured if the server settings have changed in any way.
The easiest (and it’s safe) to do is click “Allow.” Before you do, check the “Don’t ask me again” box and you should be ok.
If this continues to happen to either of you with regularity, submit a ticket and I’ll take further action.

Jeff,
I had already clicked on the “Don’t ask me again” so I couldn’t grab a screen shot of my actual error message, but this is similar to what I have been seeing.
@Rosa Rivas, is this what you have been seeing that last week or so when you try to log into your outlook?
Respectfully,
JT Sabine
